Not a great book , but yes the author did have good points on starting a conversation.

Two tips that we all probably know but don't practice and the author sounds so full of himself and he is so blatantly sexist. The way he talked about the improbablility of his 14 year old daughter earning 75 dollars with clearly undisguised insinuation that she must have gained it by other means(sure you are serving coffee there) NOT COOL!!

Some tips were really good, but a lot of the examples seemed to be involving unrealistic people
