In February 2021, three months ago, I discovered that I had a vitamin B12 deficiency. I'd been experiencing some negative symptoms that I'll talk about in a minute, but it had never occurred to me that I might have a nutritional deficiency. After I finally figured out what was going on, I got medical attention, and my life has changed drastically for the better as a result.
