This can all be resolved through Self-Compassion. Self-Compassion is all about treating yourself with the same kindness you would show other. Practicing self-compassion helps you do the following:

• Increase your emotional intelligence; • See life in a more positive way for increased satisfaction; and • Increase your emotional well-being;

I have prepared more than 150 affirmations for you to listen to and repeat as often as you can. Research has proven that self-talk through repetition has a direct impact on your brain, affecting your thoughts, which then affect your mentality and ultimately your actions.

You will find affirmations such as:

• I am here to fully experience the wonders of being alive; • I compassionately tend to my inner-self; • I love and accept myself fully; • I am gentle with myself and with others; and • Today, I will treat myself with kindness.
