Had its moments. But given how many characters were brought in developed throughout the long winded plot. The book lacked proper closure. And the length didn’t justify the ending. There were too many loose ends conveniently forgotten despite them being focused on during the build up phase.

Seldomly funny, extremely long, family drama with no complete end. I haven't read much of Keyes, but her 'Under the Duvet' part and two, I quite enjoyed. This one was partly boring, partly excruciating with pedophile and weird incest relationship, party tiring to hear as the author was narrating(should have just gone with a professional) but definitely a long read!! Didn't like any one particular character and disliked many characters who were just painfull. Overall disappointing book.
