Ikigai: Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being". The word refers to having a direction or purpose in life. It is a secret for living a longer life. In India, the maximum life expectancy of a person has fallen to 60-65 years. Gone are those days where people used to live hundred years. Time is passing by and with a lot of changes in the conditions around us, people are finding new ways to keep themselves happy.
