Humans have set footprints on the moon, made valiant efforts to explore the universe and the mysteries hidden in its womb, but are yet to fathom the enigma called the mind. The human mind is continuously cannonaded by innumerable thoughts, largely antipathetic in nature which diminishes our aura. The book is a collection of articles on various dimensions of the mind and the dramas enacted in its arena in relation to mind management, fears, existentialism, environment, students, attitudes, yoga and the power of healing. It is also part autobiographical as it deals with my addiction to alcohol and how I overcame the disease by practicing the unique rhythmic breathing technique of Sudarshan Kriya as imparted to humanity by H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. The articles also offer an aperture to those suffering from various addictions and those stuck in a cesspool of negativity. The strategies suggested help to increase their level of prana, thereby embrace positivity and live in the present moment.
