Älskar Max! Riktigt kul att inte bara läst utan även nu lyssnat på denna bok. Rekommenderas för alla som är intresserade av hälsa i ett större perspektiv. Informativ på ett väldigt detaljerat men, ändå inte allt för ingående sätt vilket gör den väldigt lättlyssnad. Plus för att det är Max själv som läser upp den, han gör det riktigt bra och har en bra röst. Han brinner för sin sak och det genomlyser hela boken. Definitivt ett måste för den som gillar kost, hälsa och biohacking! ☺️
