Forgiveness

As essential aspect in life for if we can’t forgive then we tend to be consumed with anger which eventually tears us up inside and we suffer by our own hand and it results in mental anxiety. Some people actually hold on to “unforgiveness” as if it’s a credential in life giving then some kind of kudos and value, in reality it’s called stupidity.
