It was too repetitive. She talked about how much she ate all the time. I just saw a very sick, emotionally low woman who needed a lot of therapy but did not get it. It is still very sad that she still wants to just feel comfertable in her body and not do anything about leading herself a way to a more healthy self.

A heart wrenching narrative of a woman who has been through a lot. Listening to her has made me realise many truths about myself and my life. Beautiful beautiful book. A must read.
