The book advocates consumption of fish and Omega fatty acids. Fish is staple food for South Indians and they are more exposed to sun light still they are more susceptible to heart diseases than the North Indians. The authors should also study this facts before coming to any conclusion. Nevertheless a mind-blowing book. The narration is just marvelous.
