The Hunted Heroes is a futuristic story that holds great hope for the resilience of the human race after the war destroys most of the world.

The planet itself was tough enough-barren, desolate, forbidding; enough to stop the most adventurous and dedicated. But they had to run head-on against a mad genius who had a motto: Death to all Terrans!

The Hunted Heroes was published in Amazing Stories, in 1956.

Robert Silverberg (born 1935) is a prolific American author, best known for writing science fiction. He is a multiple winner of both Hugo and Nebula Awards, a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Hall of Fame, and a Grand Master of SF.
