Fantasía-og-scifi
Bill and Marci Finkle are your average, idiotic suburbanites living their consumer-driven, vapid lives when they inherit a mysterious family heirloom from Bill's great Uncle Phinneus. The heirloom turns out to be a clock, which turns out to be a time machine...and everything the Finkles think they know about the world (which isn't much) is about to be turned upside down.
Even worse, with their complete and total ignorance in all things, the world isn't safe from the Finkles. So, when their neighbors, the Sanders, also inherit a time machine from their own distant relation, the discovery leads to a world of intrigue and danger. Are their neighbors actually just neighbors, or something worse? Is Uncle Phinneus really dead? Can you change the future? Should you change the past? In pursuit of answers, the Finkles bumble through millions of years and across the continents in this loopy, thrilling, action-adventure comedy! Join them and travel from a Karankawa Indian village in the 1600's to a 17th century pirate ship; to NASA, the beginnings of the Battle of the Americas in Mayan territory and to post-revolutionary Philadelphia. Visit a vacation home in the Pleistocene, a Dallas cloud farm in the polluted future and go back a million years ago to the original settlement of Atlantis as the Finkles discover just how big the Universe really is and search for answers, like the definition of rhubarb.
