Ik ben zelf arts, vind het topic heel interessant en leuk dat het zo onderbouwd is. Alleen zijn manier van voorlezen, vreselijk. Mogen we hier alsjeblieft een e-book van??

Informative but very much based on the American diet. Also too much focus on anti-meat and not enough on the sugar and highly processed foods. It is still worth a read but as one of several information sources. Very good in combination with D.Sinclair and M.Lugavere for instance to hear the different sides of science.

He reads like a nurd-go-funny but after a while I got used to it. I immediately gifted the book for my parents! I know a lot about nutrition/supplements and am since many years busy with it on a daily basis. Yet this book opened my eyes for a lot of things. We are always keeping learning ! To all levels of knowledge he is accessible and interesting. Recommended
