Somnar direkt. Har väldigt svåra sömnproblem men somnar alltid när jag lyssnar på Denhär och följer instruktionerna. Helt otroligt! Tjej på 17 år.

Faktum är att det fungerar. Sömnen kommer som ett brev på posten. Om man kunde hoppa över introduktion och direkt in i avslappningen hade det blivit full pott.

Njaa… alltså.. om han hade varit tyst och bara låtit ljudet flöda in i hjärnan hade det varit underbart, men hans snackande förstör det för mig. Dessutom lät han ganska otäck ibland, så jag stördes i mitt insomnande.

En av de bästa avslappnings/sömn-inspelning jag har lyssnat på. Han har en väldigt behaglig röst och tillsammans med musiken vaggas man in i en varm trygg känsla och somnar lätt. Rekommenderas
