When Jimmy's beloved dog, Sparty, passes away, it feels like he's just lost his best friend. Heartbroken, Jimmy discovers the complicated feelings that come with losing a cherished pet. With the help of his grandpa, Jimmy begins to understand that God cares about every tear we shed, and He has a special plan for all of His creatures. As Jimmy learns about heaven and God's promises, he realizes that Sparty isn't gone forever.

Goodbye's Not the End is a faith-filled story that tenderly guides children through the grieving process, inspiring hope and comfort rooted in biblical truth. With touching moments and relatable emotions, Dr. Christy Stockdale reassures young readers that God is by our side in the darkest times - that even in loss, His love endures. Whether you've said goodbye to a furry friend or hope to comfort a child who has, this heartfelt story is a gentle reminder that, in God's plan, goodbye is never truly the end.
