#1 I was a total mess as a teenager. I was shy and socially inept, and I spent most of my time alone. I was constantly bullied by my classmates, who called me names like Big Head and Moley because of the birthmarks on my face.

#2 I was a man without skills, tools, techniques, or tips on how to succeed with the opposite sex. I was a virgin at the time, and I had no confidence. I was scared of overtly sexual girls, because I didn’t know how to handle them.

#3 I was a personal investor, trading stocks from home. I was extremely successful, and I was finally able to save up enough money to ask a friend to invest it for me and help me start a dating life. I was terrified of socializing, though, so I spent all my time trading stocks.

#4 I was very needy and very inexperienced when it came to dating. I was 22 years old and still living at home with my mother. I decided to start working on myself and improve myself in any way possible. I decided to write down all my problems and make a plan to address each one.
