Our lives, parts of our childhoods, our insecurities, lows, traumas, shame stories, limiting beliefs, fears, and stress are held as memory in the body, which is where our subconscious lives.

#3 To expand, you must be open, trusting, and optimistic. To contract, you must be closed off, defensive, and critical.
