ബഷീറിന്റെ കഥകൾ ഇങ്ങനെയാണ്.. കുറച്ചുവാക്കുകൾകൊണ്ട് എത്ര ലളിതമായാണ് അദ്ദേഹം ജീവിതത്തെ കൂടുതൽ സ്നേഹിക്കാൻ നമ്മളെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചത്.എനിക്ക് സന്തോഷം തോന്നുന്നു.. ബഷീറിൻറെ നാട്ടിൽ ജനിച്ചതിന് അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻറെ കഥകൾക്കുള്ളിൽ ജീവിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതിന് ..ഒരുപാട് സന്തോഷം. എത്ര സുന്ദരമായാണ് വിശപ്പിന്റെ വിലയെപറ്റിയും ബന്ധങ്ങളുടെ മഹത്വത്തെപറ്റിയും ജീവിതത്തിൻറെ അർത്ഥത്തെപറ്റിയും കേവലം കുറച്ചു കഥകൾ കൊണ്ട് അദ്ദേഹം വിവരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.അതിമനോഹരം എന്നല്ലാതെ മറ്റൊന്നും പറയാനില്ല

Basheer's language is so common man's wordsHis theme is highly deep into socio economic problems which he experienced in his life. Instead of writing it as a tragedy, it's heart warming that he expresses them mixed with humour which makes the reader or listener easy to grab and feel good but conveys message with a punch. In this book, especially "Panam Irattip" highly humour and "Pazham" with high emotions into it, are the most loved by me. He wil remain as a legend always in our heart. Ours own "Beypore Sulthan"
