Denna bok har förändrat min syn på maten och jag för första gången har gått ned 15 kg utan att få dem tillbaks. Mår så mycket bättre nu och är fortfarande sugen på hälsosam mat.

Rekommenderar den här boken till alla som någonsin funderat på hur man egentligen borde äta. Informativ, saklig, och framförallt - grundad i vetenskap. Boken är uppläst på ett klassiskt amerikanskt vis - väldigt entusiastiskt och mer i ett "podd"-format, vilket kan vara lite ovant. Det enda jag inte gillade är hur ofta han säger "quote unquote", även om det är oundvikligt när ett citat ska citeras muntligt, och "put it to the test" (46 gånger). Tips att lyssna på "How not to die" först, han refererar ofta till den.

With his first book I’ve transferred to whole plant diet in the matter of weeks, this one have helped me to establish proper routines and I can see results in wellness, energy amount I have through the day every week. It’s imposible with his much credible information in both of his diet books to stay indifferent and not make any changes. Awesome reading
