साधना प्रकाशन, पुणे. पहिली आवृत्ती 24 डिसेंबर 2020. मराठीतील प्रख्यात साहित्यिक-संशोधक दुर्गा भागवत यांनी 1956 मध्ये साधना साप्ताहिकात ऋतुचक्र हे सदर लिहिले, नंतर त्याचे पुस्तक आले. मागील सहा दशके ते मराठीतील माईलस्टोन पुस्तक मानले जाते. त्या पुस्तकात दुर्गाबाईंनी मराठी महिन्यांनुसार ( चैत्र, वैशाख...) सृष्टीतील बदलांचे चित्रण केले आहे. ते पुस्तक वाचून प्रभावित झालेल्या विश्वास वसेकर यांनी इंग्रजी महिन्यांनुसार ( जानेवारी, फेब्रुवारी... ) सृष्टीतील बदलांचे चित्रण केले आहे, ते ऋतुबरवा या पुस्तकात आहे.

It is considered a milestone book in Marathi for the last six decades. In that book, Durgabai has depicted the changes in creation according to the Marathi months (Chaitra, Vaishakh...). Vishwas Wasekar, who was impressed by reading that book, depicted the changes in creation according to the English months (January, February...) in the book Ritubarva.
